JPM Destinations, established in 2019 by founder Jessica Pierre Mkandawire, is a premier travel consultancy specializing in personalized travel itineraries. Actively working in both the tourism and hospitality industries for over 5 years keeps us at the forefront of appreciating the ever evolving traveler's needs and desires.

Jessica Pierre Mkandawire is an ITMI-certified tour director and guide with a deep passion for humanitarian travel and cultural immersion. Having traveled to 4 continents and 22 countries (and counting!)—as a solo traveler, tour director, and tour guest—she brings a wealth of experience in crafting meaningful and engaging travel experiences.
Her favorite country is South Africa, where she now lives with her family, and the destination with the most stamps in her passport is Iceland.
With her expertise and adventurous spirit, Jessica is beyond dedicated to helping others turn their travel dreams into unforgettable realities.
